As a B2B wholesale supplier, our return and refund policies are structured for bulk transactions.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment.

2. Claims

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification and mutual agreement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, private label, and OEM products are non-returnable.

5. Cancellation

Orders once confirmed and production started cannot be cancelled.
